Access to Water
Proper hydration is very important to a good workout.  In fact, poor hydration can have a negative impact on workout results as well as health and safety.  Earhart students have access to drinking facilities at all times.  There are water fountains in the gym, the blacktop, and the field.  In some cases such as hot weather or a strenuous workout like the mile, students are encouraged to bring water bottles to Physical Education to ensure hydration during workout sessions.
